The Website is operated by SEEDTOT CLOTHING, trading as Seed-tot, with its registered/business address  (“Seed-tot”, “we”, “us” or “our”). 

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any other policies referenced on the Website. 

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order with us. 

1. Eligibility and Use of the Website 

By using this Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. 

If you permit a minor to use the Website under your supervision, you accept responsibility for their use of the Website.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information where necessary.

3. Product Availability 

All products are subject to availability. 

We reserve the right to: 

  • Limit the quantity of products purchased by an individual or household; 

  • Restrict sales to locations or jurisdictions where reasonably necessary; 

  • Discontinue a product without prior notice; and 

  • Refuse or cancel an order in accordance with these Terms. 

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that it will remain available until your order has been successfully placed and confirmed. 

4. Pricing 

All product prices displayed on the Website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. 

Prices, promotions, offers and discounts may be changed, corrected or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. 

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel or contact you regarding an affected order.

5. Payments 

We accept payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, digital wallets and Cash on Delivery 

The availability of a particular payment method may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, or other operational factors. 

Payments processed online may be handled by authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not directly store complete card details where the payment is processed by such third-party providers. 

Payment and checkout information transmitted through the Website is protected using industry-standard encryption, including SSL/TLS encryption, where applicable.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, network providers, or other third-party payment service providers. 

6. Orders and Order Acceptance 

Submitting an order through our website does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. 

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit or cancel an order were reasonably necessary, including where: 

  • A product is unavailable;

  • Payment cannot be authorised or verified; 

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified; 

  • Delivery is unavailable to the selected location; 

  • Unusually large quantities are ordered;

  • Fulfilment is not possible due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Where we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Customer Order Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@seedtot.com. 

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not already entered processing, packing, dispatch or another stage at which cancellation is no longer possible. 

Any applicable cancellation conditions and refunds will be governed by our Return & Replacement Policy. 

We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request where the order has already been processed or dispatched, subject to applicable consumer law. 

8. Shipping and Delivery 

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. 

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines, shipping charges and other shipping-related information are provided in our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed timelines and delivery information. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors including: 

  • Delivery location 

  • PIN code serviceability 

  • Courier availability 

  • Public holidays 

  • Weather conditions 

  • Logistical disruptions 

  • Peak sale or festive periods and 

  • other circumstances outside our reasonable control. 

Once an order has been handed over to the courier or logistics provider, some aspects of delivery are handled by that independent service provider. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seed-tot will not be responsible for delays caused solely by courier companies, logistics partners, transportation interruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

However, if you experience a delivery issue, you may contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you. 

9. Returns and Replacement 

Returns, and replacement are governed by our separate Return & Replacement Policy, available on our website. 

A product will be eligible for return, replacement, or refund only when it meets the eligibility requirements, timelines, product-condition requirements, and other criteria stated in that policy. 

Customers should review the Return & Replacement Policy before requesting a return or exchange. 

The existing Terms already state that products are subject to return or replacement according to Seed-tot's Refund Policy.  

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable law. 

10. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.

  • Billing and shipping address 

  • Email address

  • Payment information where required.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction requirements, the courts located in Tirupur,Tamil Nadu,India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
