As a passionate fashion enthusiast, I noticed a glaring lack in the Indian kids’ clothing market. Yes, LACK is the word that inspired the creation of SEED TOT. While kids’ clothing like t-shirts and denim is available in India, the quality and designs often fall short compared to foreign brands. These international brands offer unique styles and premium quality—but at prices that are often out of reach. Here’s the surprising part: many of these foreign brands source their materials from India! This sparked a thought—if India already has the resources, why not create our own kids’ clothing that matches their standards but at affordable prices? That’s how SEED TOT was born: a brand committed to providing unique designs, premium quality at affordable price with 100% cotton.
THE MAN BEHIND SEED TOT
Prakash- The co-founder, an experienced IT professional, initially had no connection to the world of children’s fashion. However, when Nownika shared her observation about the lack of quality, comfortable, and stylish kids’ clothing in the market, it sparked his curiosity. Intrigued by the gap in the market, he embarked on months of in-depth research, analyzing consumer needs, market trends, and product innovation.
Starting a business from scratch was no easy feat, especially as a first-generation entrepreneur. Yet, with his analytical mindset and problem-solving skills honed in the IT field, he brought a fresh perspective to the kids’ clothing industry. What began as an idea soon transformed into a mission to redefine children’s fashion.
