Refund policy

At Seed Tot, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our exchange policy below:


1. No Returns, Only Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility
We offer 6 days of hassle-free exchanges from the date of delivery. Exchange or return requests will be entertained only once per order. We do not accept returns but offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The received size does not fit.

  • You received an incomplete or incorrect order.

  • The product is defective or damaged.

For exchanges, you may select the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability) or choose another item of equal or greater value. If the new item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Please note:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • The item must be unwashed, unworn, and unused.

  • All tags must be attached.


2. Refund Process

Once we receive the exchanged product at our warehouse, our team will assess its quality within 2–3 business days. After the quality check, we will issue a discount coupon refund within 4–6 business days.

Note: The discount coupon will cover only the product price. Shipping and tax fees are non-refundable.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items.


4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item reaches us safely.


Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. Orders in transit cannot be stopped or redirected.
